Second: products that cannot be returned or exchanged due to their nature and for health and safety reasons: beauty and personal care products after opening or use, perfumes after opening or use, health or consumable products, digital or downloadable products. Important exception: exchange or return is only accepted if there is a manufacturing defect or the product arrives damaged or not as described. Third: electronics can be returned or exchanged within 3 days provided: not used, original labels not removed, the box and accessories are complete. Returns do not include faults caused by misuse. Warranty is according to the manufacturer's policy. Fourth: custom-made products cannot be returned or exchanged; this excludes defective or non-compliant products. Fifth: return and exchange process: request submitted via the customer's account in the store or approved communication channels. After approval, the product is shipped within the specified period. The refund is processed via the same payment method within 7 working days. Sixth: general notes: the store reserves the right to refuse any request that does not meet the conditions. This policy does not affect the rights of the consumer according to the consumer protection laws in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
